RocketIA offers, among others:

• Audit of AI and technology opportunities.
• CTO as a Service.
• Implementations and technical support.
• Optional services (training, MVP development, monthly support, etc.).

The user undertakes to make a proper and lawful use of the website, respecting applicable law and acting in good faith at all times.

It is prohibited to:

• Publish unlawful, violent, or public-order-offensive content.
• Attempt to access restricted sections without authorization.
• Use the website for fraudulent purposes.

Contracting will be formalized through a written agreement (signed proposal or contract), specifying:

• Scope of services.
• Fees applicable.
• Payment terms.
• Duration and possible extensions.

published prices are indicative and may vary depending on the tailored proposal.

Payments will be made in the form and timelines agreed with the client.

RocketIA undertakes to provide the services with the highest diligence and professionalism, but is not liable for:

• Outcomes different from expected if they result from poor implementation by the client.
• Interruptions due to force majeureor third-party responsibility.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
